so mine is green.. its so dilute the phlegm.. lols
kinda serious if cough for too long..
as it gets further down, it will become infection..
so do visit a doc asap! like mine
if serious need eat more ex med ($10 per pill O.O!)
n its a virus like h1n1 but its not it..
so for me, i better get well soon.. x.x

starfruit is good for cough.. helps to soothe it i tink..
never drink cold drink cos it contracts ur __??
thus making it cough more n later get sore throat..

n if got fever its jus a symptom that ur boday is sick.
cough n flu can get serious

hmm
happiness is a result of something..
just like u are happy becos u won toto!
happy due to that good results..
somewhat for that moment..
while real joy comes from the heart..
like despite the worst situation/surroundings happening around u,
u still feel joy/peace not unhappiness.. haha
very hard to explain tho..
dict;
Happiness-
state of being happy;
Happiness results from the possession or attainment of what one considers good:
the happiness of visiting one's family.
Joy-
Intense and especially ecstatic or exultant happiness
joy bring happiness.. lol true ya..

"At first glance, joy and happiness may seem similar but, really, they are quite different. We may be happy if we win the lottery, but we feel joy when we think about a beloved child or grandchild. Happiness may warm us, but it is joy that creates the fierce heat of emotion that takes our breath away.

One way to understand the differences between joy and happiness is to think about their opposites. While the opposite of happiness is unhappiness, the opposite of joy is fear.

Real joy is the absence of fear. Happiness happens when things go well."

quite long ago, a fren quoted for me
happiness is a journey, not a destination.
quoted from de net
"For a long time, it seemed to me that life was about to begin
-real life but there was always some obstacle in the way,
something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business,
time still to be served, a debt to be paid.
At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life,
this perspective has helped me to see there is no way to happiness.
Happiness is the way.
So treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one."
