Mooncake making session

We decided to make some mooncakes out of the blue with seow and jas.
Being quitted MOMCC as call centre agents, & having time on our hands b4 2nd yr of sch starts.
(Only Im still bounded by the contract but on part time half day per week during that time)
The process of making is super tiring esp need alot of hand power to knead the humongous dough.. end up product is we made alot, haha despite calc from receipe with almost exact grams of ingredients. but its fun. added mashmellows and choc inside some of the mooncakes :)Other than mooncakes, we made kimchi soup as well. heheheLabels: 2011, 3Js, Mooncake
